The Wardrobe’s operations – bar, restaurant, nightclub, live music and events.

financial control and excellent customer service at all times.

labour – ensuring targets in these areas are continually met.

management experience in a quality high-volume operation.

financial records and weekly reports on sales and targets.

Evidence
